hi Mel~ Sorry to bombard you. On the directions to colostrum it sais to take 1-3 daily. Not exactly sure how many my kids need daily? One pill only first thing in the morning? With out food? I went to Log's but doesn't specify. Sorry I know we chatted this morning but since bottle sais 1-3 tabs I just want to know exactly what to give them. Age just turning 7 soon, 12 and 14.
