Ijust wanting to check in as it's been a little while. Honestly there's not a whole lot to report. Alls going well for kiddos and myself. As far as symptoms go we are all doing well. No brain fog, aches or pains and overall pretty healthy. The only symptoms we show are occasional skin eruptions but nothing that most peeps even notice. I do bc I know what we are dealing with. I would rather not see a one!
Anyhow, it all heals pretty quickly and goes away . The other thing my girls still deal with is their little bodies do overheat at night as I will check on them and they are all sweaty. My 12 yr old has to sleep with a fan on at night. Other than those issues I continue to give them their supps and continue on the healing path that we are all on together. I honestly can say my mind has never been clearer and my nerves more relaxed meaning zero anxiety or anger that I suffered from tremendously! I'm off antidepressant, focus meeds and any anxiety meds. I'm only on my supps and have never felt better! I don't crave sweets in the least EVER!
I may not be 100% but I'm in the 90's.....Although I try I'm terrible about adhering to the diet. Not going to tell a fib but I'm continuing to heal. I'm just happy to be where I am! I never want to go BACK!!! That's for sure!
