So happy to see like many of us here you found the wonderful support of Mel & the team!
If you've been reading and I'm sure Mel has told you diet is the most important part of your focus, then it will allow for the protocol to do it's job.
You say critters, shedding ect.. & some may disagree with me but I really don't believe this to be bug. It can feel like it sometimes, look like it sometimes.. but I had went to a Dr. in the intial stages of M who had told me it wasn't,( he had been studing M for 10 yrs, seeing it more & more frequently in patients).... and honestly not having that as a visual in my healing process has helped.Especially when I felt like I had bugs crawling on me,& biting me .I believe it's fungus,heavy metals, some serious bio-funk, maybe with the lack of immune system some parasites but I don't really think it to be a main component.. maybe I'm wrong,but I believe the fungus is what makes for the bitey pinchy feelings..
I don't mean to sound like I know it all, because M has had me confused for yrs! :)
I just think mentally knowing it wasn't bug, helped me through my process..
It's a pleasure to connect with you Carol. You are in my prayers! I'm glad you found the site... Iknow when I first found Mel he said read read read.. there is soooo much helpful advice, and support within
these, 'pages'!
