Thanks for the responses. I had been soaking in epsom salts maybe too much - could that have caused the leg cramps? I stopped it and continued with the MMS and no problem now, although I am only at 3 drops. I am a very healthy eater so a deficiency is probably not the issue.

You are getting some excellent advice here... leg cramps are most often a sign of magnesium deficiency. However, if you are magnesium deficient, leg cramps (although painful) are among the least of your concerns.

Just as an FYI, I had bad leg cramps for awhile. Potassium and magnesium took care of it for me.
