I had to laugh when you mentioned your crazy routine. There were so many crazy things we did before we found Mel's protocol. :):)
Kleen green has made a dramatic difference in my skin, and hair. have used kleen green from the beginning. In fact, it was through Cathy, the owner of kleen green, who connected me with Peter and Mel. You may want to try spraying kleen green on your skin to help with any issues. I also take baths with kleen green and mms.
Also, molecular silver works great when sprayed on my skin. I had a lesion in my nose that I had since the beginning, and it has finally gone away with the help of daily sprays and rub downs with molecular silver. I also put drops of silver in my eyes and squirt and suck up into my nasal cavity. Sounds kind of gross, but it worked for me.
