I live in N.J. close to the Metropolitan NY area. I could go either to a N.Y.C. or a New Jersey doctor, if his practice wasn't on the other side of the state. With the testing being so restricted in N.Y. maybe a N.J. doctors would be easier. At any rate I'd be interested in both. Please leave me a message with both doctors if possible.
