| Thank you all for your suggestions. I believe it is the oxygen atom in H202 considered the culprit. I was using 20 drops in a litre of distilled water. As I need to apply something in my nose, ears, lady bits, etc. for the itch, I also bought oxygenated olive oil but again reluctant to use it.

| Hi Dana,
Hydrogen peroxide is safe for external use, but internal use including gargling should be done under medical supervision and only with food grade hydrogen peroxide.
Blessings,
John

| Hello Dana and Peggy
Dana
It is really important to avoid the misinformation that is everywhere on the internet these days. It distracts and persuades one away from the truth. And it can put you in harms way!
Personally, I have never been in favor of internal use of Hydrogen Peroxide. Recently, I have tried Hydrogen Peroxide externally and the jury is still out. I can only share that it stings and it left behind a leather like callous when applied to my forearm. Very provocative, but I believe alcohol may be preferred.Enzymes and MMS sprayed on the skin is also a good practice.
Peggy
Amber just responded to Tracie with the answer to your question. Take a look.
Hope this is helpful to you both and I hope you remain here. Mel's protocol has become the proven way back for so many.
Blessings, Peter
