On more than one occasion, people have left our community for various reasons only to return at a later date having understood the value of what is offered here.
A ray of hope, a way to get better, dietary changes that will benefit you for the rest of your life, and the knowledge that you are not alone.
We encourage everyone to read as much as possible. The forum welcome letter presents the best way to navigate this website. We encourage everyone to read the FAQ's thoroughly so they will understand what it will take to restore one's health and what will be expected of them.
The most constant thing in life is change. For those who are not willing to accept change, restoring their health is not possible.
