Nan 12/19/2015 11:49:19 PM | Hi Linda, I saw your note and too long to be sick BUT this website offers hope and healing. Know we are all here for you and praying for you. Since you have been sick for some time I would go slow and steady with any changes in diet. Take one day at a time. I hope you are on Mel's protocol now. If not see the protocol tab and order as Peter suggested. I think building your body internally is critical. Also, the MMS in the protocol will clear stuff out. Next - clean diet. I do 80% veggies. 20% protein. Eat simple & light diet to allow your body to heal. I ate a lot of salads (a lot of onions and garlic) at first then as the protocol helped with issues then started cooking and learning new recipes. If able to cook then look for no gluten, no sugar, no starches, no dairy and I do not do soy as well recipes. Search this website too for recipe ideas. Regarding your sinus issue. I used saline spray in the morning. I would blow in tissue thru out the day. I found teas helped my nose too. Maybe helps to drink warm liquids. I drank 4 to 8 cups - Rooibos, Dandelion, Chamomile, Peppermint, Ginger, Lemon. Also, spicy foods help. At first I did dash of cayenne (extra hot), juice from a slice of lemon in 6 oz water 4 times a day to get the nose running. I know Mel did a cayenne lemon mix too, and hopefully he will post his recipe soon. Drink half your body weight in water in oz a day to clean your system will help your sinus too. I started with 2 cups morning, 2 cups lunch and 2 cups dinner with my protocol. Regarding your scars. There is hope there too when you heal. My legs look pretty bad, but this last few months use Pure Tamanu oil, had to try different brands and I have notice some improvement. I use coconut oil all over body too. Get well first then address the scars. The protocol helps overall health so start there first. Print the timeline for the protocol since important to follow. Set a timer to help to remind you take the protocol and drink your water. If you can I would join the Saturday or Sunday meetings to learn more. Read, read website too. Let us know how you are doing. We for sure have a bacterial component, look into the enterococcus family. This too has become antibiotic resistant and requires pulsed vancomyacin. Finally, Great Plains labs now has a urine test for glyphosate levels. Mine were off the chart, interested to see what others get. its a really good lab doing smart stuff. I did use Round Up a lot while gardening. I am allergic to sulfa so no bactrim for me, but hoping other things will help. Mainly, restore your bioterrain and if its possible for you to exercize at all, do it. Peter once asked me to walk to the end of my driveway. I could not. Now I am working out 3 days a week and feeling much better. lesions still around but far less. DRINK WATER and work up a good sweat. Have faith in God as he helps all his children. God bless you all. |

We are all so different in the foods we can tolerate, for me personally I have to follow a low carb, gluten free, dairy free, no refined sugar, no fruits, no grains at all.. Basically veggies, lean proteins, nuts, stevia as a sweetener, almond milk, I eat so many vegetables really , it's my main food consumption. I can tolerate canned coconut milk but not coconut meat, I'm sensitive to coconut flour even. Sometimes we can have delayed reactions from foods so when incorporating something new and questionable always listen to the body response reactions can be delayed up to 2 days in my experience. Prayers are with you! Nicole |
