I have had this disease for almost 1 year now and have been on the protocol for quite a while I have recently started to re experience the anxiety I felt in the early days and recently started to wonder am I getting anywhere. Mel told me to make a sign and put it where I can see it "THE MORE I WORRY THE LONGER I WILL BE HERE". I have used this as my mantra its helping, this is a hard road to travel but we cannot quit.
The best advice I can give you with this is to please HANG IN THERE you ARE getting somewhere and the anxiety you feel is this awful disease trying to control you, it will lie to you try anything to survive its LOOSING its battle and knows it you kicked its ass once before believe you WILL do it again.
We are all here for you just a shout away. Mel reminded me we will go back and forth with this but we are getting better all the time every round we go this will get less and less eventually loosing its hold completely.
