I write my 4 week update today from sunny California. I came all the way across the country to get out of isolation and spend the holidays with my son. Man, I missed him so much. He still hugs me, I mess up his hair as usual...old habits are hard to break. As other parents can relate, it is bittersweet touching your kids sometimes but I have faith that he will always be fine.

So, 4 weeks down now. I'm waiting to turn the corner. I had a very rough night again last night after falling asleep. If anyone can figure out how to make this thing dormant in the night, it would be great to know. It's like the M starts to move around at 1 AM and finishes its activity with a big dump at around 5 AM. Hence, I awake feeling like I've been poisoned and a goner only to feel ok once I get going in the mornings and take the protocol.

Anything new? Well, I have seen an increase in purging, especially with the use of Vaseline with the tea tree oil (thanks Monique). Two days ago, I did a full body workout, and then went straight to the extraction once I got home. I have never seen so much garbage come out of by body at one time...it went on for 6 hours before I just got tired of removing the stuff and went to bed. I truly feel that getting this stuff to exit the body every day is going to be important for recovery. I will probably retest this again after my next workout and see if the accelerated purging continues.

I have to admit that I had been going harder than I should at using the MMS for the first 4 weeks, and have since backed off back to 4 drops, Mel's starting dose and working my way up one drop per week as everyone else does. I am feeling a little desperate at times to get some major relief, so I tend to push it with using MMS before my body may be ready for it. My problem is not diarrhea or headaches, it's just my fatigue, brain fog, anxiety and other emotions seemed to escalate as I increased MMS. So, slow and steady is what I will do. I also am holding off on the Colostrum and Monolaurin for a few more months to minimize excessive die-off.

I am learning too, that I probably need to talk to some of you as not being able to talk about this with anyone really makes this tough where I'm at right now. I look forward to when I am further along the healing path and can reach out to others..but right now, I'm not there.

Keep on fighting, warriors!
