I just wanted to suggest that before you do a cleanse, it would be a really good idea to talk with John B. He is the best source to help guide one's use of a cleanse in the most effective way to integrate it with our protocol.
I know in general that he favors cleaning the detox pathways first before doing a parasite cleanse. It might be fine in your case, but often times when newbies arrive, their bodies are a toxic soup and must be cleaned up first(basic protocol).
