12/22/2013 9:29:43 PM | I read on the Forum to wait 3 months into the protocol before having MMS baths. It has been 3 1/2 for me and I decided to try an afternoon bath with Kleen Green. I did half the amount of what was recommended on the bottle. 2 oz. (not 4 oz.) 5 minutes after getting out I became violently nauseous for about an hour and spiked a 100.2 temperature.
I was feeling pretty bad the next day, as well. Brain fog, light headedness, no energy, constant thirst. I am taking Monique's suggestion of drinking lemon water. I will assume it was a toxic die-off from the bath not a Herx from the MMS since I take that at night. I must remember that this is a serious infection that our bodies are fighting.
It has been very hot and this is the first year I have had to run the A/C in Dec. and have ordered a dehumidifier as I think getting the humidity down is a key to battling the external factors in my home. I live in the tropical zone of FL. |
