I have read articles where doctors explain how they often make minimum wage -- or less -- when treating Medicare patients, due to the unfairly low reimbursement from Medicare.
These doctors simply can't afford to treat Medicare patients, so are being forced to drop them.
When you look at all the places the government is wasting billions of dollars, there is no excuse for not making fair Medicare payments to doctors a priority.
