Just a suggestion if anyone's unsure besides testing through labs one good way to know is through a digital microscope that connects directly to your computer! A lot of this isn't really visible to the naked eye. I bought mine through amazon. As it once was an obsession and would spend hours looking has thankfully dwindled to every once in a blue moon to check progress. I just pulled it out the other day to check my palms as I would always find many specks and fibers there. Now as I scan my palms I can hardly find a one! A solo here and there! Whereas b4 they were ENDLESS!!
That's my recommendation to be able to see up close. The prices vary on amazon. Mine was around 60$
