Not sure if Mel has contact info beyond my email, I haven't contacted him personally because in his post he asked not to be for the time being (if I read it correctly). I think I'm going to call John from Logos to discuss the protocol. I'm pretty disciplined, especially when it comes to diet and stuff so I think I can do it!
