It sounds like you might try using a box of disposable plastic surgical gloves from the drugstore when you garden. Gardeners gloves could recontaminate you.
I use lots of Friars Balsam by Herb Pharm $9 with Lavendar Essential Oil mixed into organic body lotion. Friars Balsam is very healing and my sores went away quickly with it. Some use Tea Tree Oil mixed with coconut oil. If your Whole Foods doesnt carry FB, it can be ordered from vitaglo.com. I dont go near grass, dirt or the beach without some sort of repellent. I still attract them.
Cleaning of clothes and environment is very important or recontamination occurs. I'm sure Monique can give you the routine. |
