Albatax is only proven effective for a couple of pathogens as noted above. The cost benefit ratio (and side effects)are highly questionable in my opinion... especially if you are already following Mel's protocol.
There are literally thousands of herbs out there with medicinal properties... you could try them all and get a mixed bag of results. It is difficult to stay the course when we find something that works because we want immediate results, and the lure of even better results is always out there...
You can certainly take more vitamin C, but the beauty of the Burgstiner Wellness Protocol is that it balances the synergy of a whole host of nutrients to create a sum that is much greater than its parts.
Follow Mel's sage advice; take a deep breath. Give his protocol a chance. Try your best to focus on your diet and channel positive energy through prayer and intercession for others. |
