Keep your chin up Tia, you will get there!

I have officially been on protocol for 2 years now with a few set backs such as surgery and a couple missed doses, but not a lot time in between doses.

Thank you Mel (and Deb B , Peter, John),
I so appreciate you and all you time you give to us.

I have not had any S&S for two weeks now. On 16 drops MMS. Will see what happens when full moon comes around!

Will keep everyone posted!

Hi Tia,

I am happy to hear that Mel called you and answered your questions. It's so sweet how he is always there when we need him.

My thoughts on clothing is that in my experience, cotton verses polyester made no difference but washing them in MMS has made a difference for me, but you need to be careful that it doesn't bleach your clothes. Make sure it is well diluted in water before putting it into your washer.

My understanding is that as you heal your environment will improve, so it just takes time.

It's easy to become obsessed with your environment when you are trying to figure out what's going on with you, but it's not really helpful feeling stressed about it.

I have found that sometimes these black specs can be just that - specs of dirt or actual lint from our clothes - not always Morgs fibres and because we have become so much more aware of our environment, everything becomes suspect and we do become paranoid by everything we are seeing.

I do have a hand held microscope and have investigated these black specs to confirm my findings but I think it is more beneficial to concentrate more on getting well. When I am feeling stressed I go for a long walk or meditate and it always helps my state of mind. Taking up a hobby I think would be helpful as well.

Keeping your living area clean is important and I have been using MMS to wash the floors and spray my countertops and bathroom and it does help.

I don't have any pets, but my sister has given her dog MMS in his water. We don't know if he had Morg but he did have intestinal issues and she said it really helped him so I feel it is pretty safe to use for pets. I take 19 drops of MMS every night myself and have done so now for 6 months and have no side affects.

I also don't walk around barefoot anymore and wear white plastic sandals at home that I can easily wash off so I can relate to that making you feel safer, we do what we have to do and it's all good and temporary for now.

I hope this helps!

Kim

Hi Tia

I just want to reassure you. Don't be scared.
I promise you that, with time, you will come to understand the true nature of Morgellons for which you will discover there is nothing to fear.

You can tame fear. Let the disease teach you how. I decided to make it a tool and learned to use it to motivate for things like cleaning. Let it go by jumping at a task!

And remember, "With every new thing you learn, the fear will lesson."

Strength and Love,
Peter
