10/19/2014 11:52:51 PM | Hi Cynthia! Welcome! I'm still newer here, but I'll share my experience with quinoa and brown rice. I couldn't tolerate it until a couple months on mms. Now at week 11 I've been able to for the last 3 weeks. I think you could just test yourself every so often. Maybe I could have had it sooner but had started avoiding it due to crawlies that happened when I had tried it earlier on. It is different from person to person from what I can tell. But in the meantime there is cauliflower "rice" that you can cook in coconut oil with garlic, onions, salt/pepper that is good under cooked chicken or fish or beef. It can be made into mashed potatoes or tabbouleh. It's really versatile. I don't know how you have determined that your vacuum is reinfecting you, I don't know if I'd be able to figure that out, but if you were sure that the dirt wasn't staying in the bag and couldnt find an affordable new/used vac, then I would try a long handled lint roller followed by spraying with Kleen Green. I think that MMS can also be made into a spray but I haven't used it that way as yet. I'm sure many here have and will relay the dilutions for that. I look forward to hearing your progress and I'm sure you're going to be feeling much better soon especially once you get a few weeks of mms under your belt. Kids get well very quickly from what I've heard, just follow John Bs and Mel's guidance for your son. Your both in my prayers as well. I hope you can connect with some of the parents here with kids that have also contracted it for inspiration and ideas. So far my son is well but I pray intensely every day for that to continue and he's now only on flora after 45 days of colostrum which was precautionary for him. Blessings and strength, Mary |
