I feel like I am close to the max MMS - though I don't know about my max.. I am at 21 drops so far. I dont think I should go anymore but have not had "the big herx"
Sounds like you are doing slow and steady and that's great. Miss you. What ever happened with that vacuum was it reinfecting your environment. I too have a bagless vacuum - that I rarely clean.. :/ The crawlies are definitely not gone for me yet. I still having some stinging and inflammation. I def need to get all those cleaning ducks in a row.. |
