Mel 11/23/2013 9:48:38 AM | Hello Everyone. Welcome as always. I received some information yesterday that explains a lot about the difficulties I have been through since my car accident this summer. Although this website is not about me, you need to know this information because it will affect my ability to interact with you through the holidays and for a short time thereafter. Because of the continued pain I have been suffering in my shoulder and head, as well as the continued bouts with vertigo, my Cat Scans and MRI’s were repeated last week. The scans showed one positive change in my head - a reduction in the size of a bone spur (Thank you MagnifiCal!). There are still issues, so more testing will be required and they have referred me to a brain specialist. However, the crack in my cheekbone is healing nicely. Now for the good news: My shoulder is still separated and my rotator cuff tendon is detached, which will require yet another surgery to repair. This explains why I have been in so much pain and have had trouble sleeping. I am told that the surgery itself is a walk in the park compared to what I have already been through, but the rehab is a different story. Nonetheless, I am thankful for the prospect of once again experiencing what it is like to be pain free! For a multitude of reasons, I plan to have the surgery after the holidays if possible. We are in the midst of launching the new He Cures All Foundation website, and I am behind in dealing with new people from this website. I want and need to catch up on my work here for me to have peace of mind. I would like to enjoy the holidays with friends and family before taking on the daunting task of this recovery. I ask that for the time being, you refrain from emailing me if possible and instead pose your questions on the website where we have others who can very likely provide an answer for you. We are blessed with six Morgellons health coaches who for sure, know what it takes to get better. They are all capable of answering your questions. There is also John B who has served as my teacher and always has made himself available to all of us! No one here is ever alone! Thank you all for your continued patience, prayers and encouragement. Your friendship and mentoring this past year has been, next to my returning health, the most valuable blessing in my life. May God always keep you as you continue doing his work by relieving suffering and providing hope to so many. I love you, bro! It will take time to get you back to being Mel, but you have an entire community pulling for you and praying for you. We will step up and cover for you while you rest and get yourself healed.
