Hi Everyone,
This is my first post here but I've read a lot of your informative info already and thank you all for your time and efforts.
Aside from the physical symptoms (which I've decided to treat with Mel's protocol), I cannot get any clean laundry accomplished. I received the sodium chloride and citric acid but I have no idea how to use it them my laundry.
I dream of the day I see no white thingies on my clothes when I shake them in front of a flashlight. I dream of the day that my clothes stop having these little threads sticking out of them knowing it's hooked in there. I used a lint roller on my jacket and one of these things got pulled out and left a hole...
Also, those 'fake hairs' have gotten into my nose, lips, arms, and probably everywhere. I don't even want to know. I shaved all my hair off, except my head. But I've lost at least half my hair and in the last few months about 30 pounds.
Anyway, that's a short version of what's going on.
I would be so grateful if someone can tell me how to do my laundry so I can sleep in clean clothes tonight:)
