1: YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
2: HAVE FAITH IN YOURSELF THAT YOU KNOW YOU HAVE THIS PROBLEM AND YOU ARE GOING TO DEFEAT IT - IN SPITE OF YOUR SYMPTOMS AND IN SPITE OF OTHERS' BELIEF OR NON-BELIEF.
Third: Remind yourself of 1 and 2 above everyday.
I cannot add much to what all of the other wonderful forum fellows wrote as they reached out to you. I am very new to this myself. But as I just completed my second full month on the protocol, Incan attest to the following:
1) You must be patient, but it gets better, bit by bit, each day.
2) I and my 3-year old English bull terrier have MD, while my husband and my little 1-year old bull terrier do not. My husband went on the basic protocol as a precaution because he used to itch a little when he was around me or our older dog. Now he itches very infrequently just around the dog.
3) Having a routine and learning when your body needs to stop and rest are essential to this process.
4) As you heal, your environment also heals.
5) Be your own health advocate. Read and research as much as you can on this website.
Welcome to the most loving band of strangers you will ever meet.
Sending you warmest wishes and light for strength, healing and peace.
