You are doing everything right.
Stay on course and don't give up.
I know it is very difficult at your age to deal with this, but you have came to the right place. Is it a long fight? Yes! But, in the end it will all be worth it.
Hopefully your parents will begin the protocol if they are showing symptoms.
We are all here for the same reason, and we are all here to help and learn from each other.
