This rather large (9513 respondents) does indicate a female predilection for Morgellons. This is a very complete survey with lots of interesting information.

Yes, and I also read that most of the females are in the menopausal age range...decrease in hormones, lots of stress, this starts with extreme stress and hence an drop in natural immunity. (I think)
