How awesome Jasmine that you were able to locate your Grandpa. Mel has helped a lot of people and has given hope to those who had could find very little elsewhere. Not only that but he fought and fought very hard for his new found health. Had things gone the other way you might not have ever found him. Just know that your genes carry an incredible ability to survive and as fellow sufferer who has also made it through this mess I can tell you it is an extremely hard thing to do.
What a reward he has reaped for hanging on, fighting on, and then deciding to help others for no personal gain. Sometimes our reward comes only in the next life, Mel was lucky enough to receive a great deal of joy in this life.
I spoke with your grandpa on the phone, this is truly and incredible story. I'm happy for you both.

Did you know your Pappa Mellow is already bragging
about you?
How pretty and smart you are?
I think so too.
I am so sure he will want to hear all about you and you definitely will want to see how talented he is when he sets his trains back up.
I think you two must be related ;-) very organized and smart.
Two very tenacious people who do not listen when they say'it can't be done'
I would like to let you know I have been privately praying for this for your Grampa.
God is able to do all things and He loves restoration!
All things are possible through Him,look at this miracle :-)
