I have heard great things from people using the DMSO with the MMS. If you visit http://www.new-cancer-treatments.org/Cancer/OCC.html you can read up on the protocols (under a different context though), as far as 'whether to stop transdermal usage of MMS/DMSO' I would recommend to stop the way Jim Humble suggests (for a few days) - if you use the DMSO on the same location repeatedly, you could develop a rash or other skin problems, intensifying sensitivity to that area.
