Susan 7/11/2014 12:58:19 AM | Hi, all my fellow warriors! I told Mel about a couple of products I've used and he told me to post the information. If you don't know, I am a newbie, but I had Morgellons for 2 1/2 years before I knew what I had. During that time, I did alot of research online and tried many different remedies and products. Very early on my journey, I found people discussing using mustard to kill mites, etc. Soon after, I found a sample of the one product I believe kept me from developing the lesions. It is a mustard bath, designed to open up the pores and release toxins. I've bathed in a hot bath with it twice a day for most of the 3 years. What's amazing is how you see things literally rising to the top of the water when you get in. It's also the reason my husband believed me early on. He saw what was in the water. The name of the product is Dr. Singha's Mustard Bath. I get the best price on it through Lucky Vitamin. The other product gets rid of the itching on contact. I found it after I ran out of the $500 prescription cream the dermatologist gave me. It's made by Derma E and it's their Psorzema Creme. The other people, in my family, who developed symptoms and started the Mustard Bath, stopped the progression of symptoms and are now well or 98% there. Blessings and health to all of you! Susan |

Peter 9/22/2014 5:43:12 PM | Hello Susan I would like to quickly respond to your question. Polymorphy is the term used to define the combining of several herbs at one time. Synergy is the term used to capture the fact that certain herbs can compliment one another and become more therapeutic than if being used alone. What is important to understand, however, is that some combinations can create negative synergy. In other words, the combining together can also sometimes bring forth negative results. Knowing which herbs work well together and which do not is a very complicated science. I merely want to caution you that it can become counter productive to take herbs without understanding the ways in which they can combine with other herbs to become productive or unproductive. This is why Mel has included not mixing protocols on his FAQ page. My personal experience suggests that it is very important to exercise restraint before combining things that are outside of the protocol. Hope this answers your question. God bless you. Strength and Love, Peter |

I couldn't sleep at night because the crawling and biting was so bad and getting through the day at work was almost maddening before I discovered the product. Peter, Yes, the protocol works internally, but if something can relieve immediate symptoms and help you cope with life, why not use it? It's not working against the protocol or delaying healing. The shower gel we're using is not part of the protocol, but it's helping relieve symptoms. No difference. Be well! Susan |
