We often see your dilemma with the Parabolish. It was designed to be taken as an occasional parasite cleanse, but in cases of chronic illness/infestation it has proven to be useful when taken on a pulsated schedule (on for ten days, off for a week or two to give the liver time to rest). But as in your case, your symptoms return when you stop it.
It may certainly be taken longer under a medical practitioner's advice and supervision, but we do not recommend taking it long term without someone to monitor your liver function, etc.
