I just started with the Keflex as well since the Bactrim didn't help me in the past...although I only took the standard dosage for the 7-10 days.
Let me know how the Keflex works for you. For me, it is starting to clear some of the bites and working on some of those hard nodules under the skin so I am praying it will zap this disease along with the other products in Mel's protocol.
