Deborah 7/19/2014 4:50:42 PM MST | Was just curious, had surgery a few months ago so it set me back amonth or two I have figured. So at about 10-11 months into the protocol and at 19 drops MMS. When I get hot I get this type of prickley heat rash all over torso and back that is very itchy and rash comes and goes with little white bumps. Is this typical? I know everyone is different but maybe wondering if I was set back further then I thought because of surgery. Was feeling great a month and a half ago and thought I was almost healed. Any thoughts? Just a note: I leased my car prior to getting Morgellons, I tried to buy it when I had to give it up a month ago (3 year lease) because I did not want to pass this on to anyone else and they told me I could not buy it (I have the fogger, so I fogged it a few good times), so I had to get another vehicle, anyways I am not having any problems with this car so far, no glitter etc., of course the glitter was just about over in the vehicle I had to give up. |
Ellen 7/18/2014 12:40:58 AM MST | When I initially got sick I bought a de-humidifier and set it at 45%. I'm not sure if mold was a factor, but I live by the ocean so I ran it for a couple of months as a precaution until October when I turned my heat on. I never used crystals, again because I did not trust myself due to the brain fog! Ellen |
JohnB 7/17/2014 9:59:52 AM MST | Hi Julie, It is true that in cases where there is a KNOWN mold infestation, mold spores are released into the air and travel throughout the living space. So in some cases people who bring along their boxes of stuff bring the mold spores along with them to their new environment where given the right circumstances (i.e.- humidity above 50%) they may begin replicating again. Visible signs of mold or odors are telltale signs of a mold problem but they don't have to be present for there to be a problem. They key is to test your environment with a test kit in order to know for sure you do or do not have an issue. So, that being said, you have already moved with your stuff, so the best course of action is the one you are already taking and to make sure you keep the humidity in check in your new place. Just be careful with the crystals and limit your exposure to the fumes. Blessings, John |
