Ellen 7/18/2014 2:40:58 PM	When I initially got sick I bought a de-humidifier and set it at 45%. I'm not sure if mold was a factor, but I live by the ocean so I ran it for a couple of months as a precaution until October when I turned my heat on. I never used crystals, again because I did not trust myself due to the brain fog! Ellen
