Hi,
I tried to read the posts on menthol crystals and I all i could find was do no harm. What does this mean? Can menthol crystals hurt you and how is the best way to use them in your opinion?

Hi Ashley,
If you used the search feature as Mel suggested, you found the recurring theme of this website FIRST DO NO HARM comes up a lot with the menthol crystals because they can be dangerous if abused or misused.
The vapors are not meant to be breathed. There have been vehicles destroyed by fire and fabrics or upholstery destroyed by the caustic vapors. Many of those scenarios have been discussed here on this site.
Mel wisely takes the position of not personally recommending the crystals because not only has he not tried them, but he must avoid any liability from someone trying them.
