My name is Peter. I have been on Mel's protocol for 16 months now and I am happy to tell you that I am very close to being completely cured of this. I want to welcome you to this web site and to this community of stricken people.
May I suggest that you try to focus on getting familiar with this site. I would start with reading the FAG page. Then I would visit the protocol page and read Mel's story. If reading is difficult right now, you can listen to the many testimonials and the archived conference calls. There are also around 20 pages of past posts on the forum here to learn everything that others have shared.
Finally, you can use the search engine to locate information on specific topics. I would start with "for the newly stricken." You would do well to create your own title and thread for posting. Then others can follow you and talk with you.
