Jane T 6/4/2016 6:06:37 PM | Hello fellow warriors. I'm new here. This is my first post. I've been reading the forum for several weeks now. I feel like I've read so much and learned a lot. I still have a lot more reading to do. I know that the mantra is to first do no harm so I decided to read everything I could before committing to any specific protocol. Time and time again I was led back to this website and have decided to dive all the way into the wellness protocol presented here. In the meantime I have been using some stop gap products, that I figured out on my own of as follows:- Molecular silver MSM Olive leaf extract Neem Garlic pills I have taken nightly baths in the following (alternated) Epsom salts Baking soda Dr. Bonner soap Borox I have cleaned my environment with: Baking soda Kleen green I have eliminated most sugar and carbs and lost 30llbs I am feeling A lot better but that's not good enough I want to be well. I know that this will take time and a great effort and sacrifice. I am willing and ready to do that. I believe that this protocol will get me there. Interestingly, I am also a polio survivor just like Joni Mitchell. I don't think that's significant but I find it an interesting fact. I believe the one thing we all have in common is a compromised immune system. I believe that yeast and fungus play a huge role in this disease. I am having to manage my finances in order to afford to be on this protocol I have already purchased and received some MMS from John. but I have not begun taking it yet. I will order the basic nutritional supplements at the end of June. I needed to stagger my initial purchases since I had already purchased a bunch of other stuff. My understanding is that I need to be on the supplements for one month before beginning MMS and extension kit. My question is, since I have already begun taking some supplements,do I need to come off of these and then gradually reintroduce them? I know that we must be careful to do no harm. I just wanted to say that what I have read here has touched my heart. Just knowing that there are some wonderful people in this world who give so much of themselves. I see that many of you are giving of yourselves even in the midst of your own personal storm. Mel what a gift from God you are!!! Shout out to John,Peter. Nicole, Theresa, Nan, Mr Common Sense and so many others I've been reading about. I hope to get to know you all better and do a happy dance with each and everyone of you. Ok well in Interest of not babbling on too much I will end here. God bless you all Jane |
Ruth 6/9/2016 4:24:13 PM | Hello Jane, My posts are in the Welcome to the UK and Europe thread. I'm looking forward to reading your thread! And to following your story of how you get well again :) Love Ruth |
Jane T 6/9/2016 9:30:31 AM edit upload | Thank you so much Ruth and Kelly, Yes that answers my questions nicely. I did have a blood test showing vitimin d deficiency so that is the one I will continue. Mel's protocol, here I come. Please know, I'm grateful for all of the gifts I have already found here. I've been listening to conference call archives the past couple of evenings. I fell asleep the the soothing peaceful voices of Mel Nicole, Peter and Bill talking about diet last night. I have never been much of a cook but that is most certainly changing. I'm going to start a new thread (only because I want my thread to be called something different that I thought of) I hope that's ok. My thread will be called I WANT TO BE WELL LIKE MEL! So again ladies, thank you for answering my questions. One last question, what is the name of your threads? I would love to know the stories of you two lovely ladies. |
