Hello Jane,

My posts are in the Welcome to the UK and Europe thread.

I'm looking forward to reading your thread! And to following your story of how you get well again :)

Love Ruth

Thank you so much Ruth and Kelly,

Yes that answers my questions nicely. I did have a blood test showing vitimin d deficiency so that is the one I will continue.

Mel's protocol, here I come.

Please know, I'm grateful for all of the gifts I have already found here. I've been listening to conference call archives the past couple of evenings. I fell asleep the the soothing peaceful voices of Mel Nicole, Peter and Bill talking about diet last night.

I have never been much of a cook but that is most certainly changing.

I'm going to start a new thread (only because I want my thread to be called something different that I thought of) I hope that's ok.

My thread will be called I WANT TO BE WELL LIKE MEL!

So again ladies, thank you for answering my questions.

One last question, what is the name of your threads? I would love to know the stories of you two lovely ladies.

Hello Jane and welcome,

Like you, when I first began having symptoms of this disease I did not know what is was, and through googling was lead to other sites before I stumbled on Mel's site one wonderful day!

The other sites/protocols did help me get some relief, but I was not getting that much better.

It wasn't until I began Mel's protocol that BIG progress began to occur.

I was resistant, at first, to the MMS, but once I started pulsing the MMS I can honetly say I can see myself being cured in the not to distant future.

Like you, I was taking other supplements before the protocol. The only one I chose to continue is Vitamin D3, because of where I live, we do not get that much natural exposure from the sun. Other that D3, I feel that the protocol supplements have everything I need.

But as Mel always says, everyone's body is different.

As you know food plays a huge role in this disease.
I have finally been able to have a few Beanito's, as well as blueberries without having any reaction,
this was not the case 2 months ago.

Progress!

Slow and steady wins the race!

God Bless,

Kelly
