I would recommend you just use more water to dilute the MMS and make sure it is cold water. Berries contain vitamin C and lots of other antioxidants that will counteract the MMS.
I have been taking MMS for about six months or more now. Initially I took it just with water, but it became too strong and so I now take it in smoothies with berries and water. I was wondering if this would impact the effectiveness of the MMS? Thanks!
