Seems you got the directions from Jim Humbles site.
I can only say what I do with the MMS for myself.
I drink it after mixing it,I mix for myself as your perfect instructions. I also make a mix and bath in it when I can.
I am partial to the name Ann as one of my favorite people was named that.
