See mels protocol..the cool thing about the things he discovered in getting well himself is..
He has listed how far apart everything should be taken and he has listed what should be taken with what.
We know that some things can neutralize others.
I heard the MMS people also say that vit c can weaken MMS..
I do know my doctors say take my Antibiotics a couple hours away from my Pro biotics because the antibiotics will neutralize the pro biotic.
So it goes.
I take my MMS before bed.
