I smile when I think about how far you have come in a year(even though I cringe for you when I think about all the resources wasted before you came to the inevitable conclusion that I did - its all about the bioterrain).
You have made major changes in your lifestyle; changes for the better that will continue be a blessing for you and your family. You are an example of the good news that is being born out here over and over again:
The horror of Morgellons is temporary for anyone who will make the commitment to change their lifestyle and rehabilitate their bioterrain.
I don't mind you mentioning that infrared saunas are helpful... they are. Anything that promotes detoxification pathways is helpful, and all the more so in those with higher toxicity levels.
However, not everyone has access to the same level of resources, so we want to make sure we maximize the impact of the protocol with the least resources possible.
Our growing emphasis on coconut oil as the protocol has evolved is an example of just that - getting maximum benefit from minimal investment.
Thanks Mark for your continued commitment to staying in the fight and sharing encouragement with others.
As for where Monica and Theresa are, I miss their regular posts just as much as you do. They have made remarkable contributions to this website and our community, and for this I will always be grateful.
I do know that they are both doing quite well, and I hope they will find the time to drop by and give us an update soon.
