Yes I remember you and have benefitted from your story. Thank you for this recent post. It must have taken a lot of courage to reach out. I am sure I am not alone in wanting you to get well.
In the work I do my motto is 'First do no harm', and after reading your post I wonder if any of us on this forum or any online community can possibly take the place of a skilled, caring professional. To suggest that we can is doing a disservice to you. We are, after all, strangers to each other, even though caring and concerned to see each other through this.
The amazing plethora of information on diet, cleaning hints, and other practical suggestions made a huge difference for me because like many of us, I was in the dark. But the emotional havoc this creates puts all of us at risk, and support is crucial to deal with all of it.
I can't imagine going through what we have to deal with alone, and even though I find it hard to ask for help, I had to ask for that help from my family, friends, and a local counselor. In my circumstances, I learned in the beginning that I could expect understanding from some people in my life, and for those who did not believe me or want to help, I broke off contact. I made getting well my job and tried to focus on the task of following the protocol and getting rest.
I wish you all the best and truly believe that you can get well. The way there for you may be very challenging and difficult, but whatever support system you can gather around you to get through this, please try to take advantage of that help, and know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
