I decided to use the CALM magnesium supplement from Mr. C/S site. Mr. C/S says to use the plain but I chose the organic, Raspberry, Lemon flavor which works great to help me stomach the MMS. I do mix up a cup but only drink enough to help me get rid of the taste of the MMS, then I save the rest for when I take the MMS again. If your bowels get too loose you may have to lay off the CALM magnesium.

For those who need to diffuse your car or home, I found the cup or candle warmers that you would use at Michael's Craft store. They were on sale for 3/$10.00 and regular price is $4.99.

If you see stevia advertised in a herb catalog (Mountain Rose, etc) beware that it is green(original form) myself I do not like the taste. So I prefer to get mine from the health stores and they do sell it in regular grocery stores. Different brands have their own taste and strength.

Home made electrolyte supplement from Dr. Oz's website
1 Litter of water, 2 T. sweetner (Honey or Stevia) 1/2 tsp salt (non iodized--sea salt is best.
1/2 t. baking soda (Red Mill brand non-aluminum)
Heat a little of the water to dissolve the ingredients easier, then add to the rest of the litter. Fill a water bottle and drink throughout the day.

As far as the question 'Is it contagious?' I believe there is a period at the early on set that one is contagious. In my case I had lice so until I got rid of the lice I knew I was contagious and it took me 6 months to get rid of the lice (Bathing and soaking my head 3 times a day in MMS) After that I felt I was no longer contagious even the morgellons.

I have had set backs in my recovery and feel I am at 90- 95% but I have resummed my everyday life style. Stay on the protocol and remember that others have prevailed. LD
