The white fuzz balls are pushing out through your clothes from the fungal sludge that is coming from your body. You may have to accept that they will continue to occur until you are able to reduce the infection in your body which is the underlying source that is fueling them.
Are you on the full protocol? If not, please begin it if you are able. Clothes issues will probably continue until you address Morgellons internally by restoring your terrain. Nothing short of this will eliminate the true cause of these fuzz balls, which is you.
In the meantime, I would suggest mixing Borax, Odoban, and Kleen Green as a proven means to remove them during laundering. But you must treat internally to stop them. The protocol is your real solution.
