As always Welcome- My maintenance dose is 8 drops.
No I never tried three times a day.You actually keep increasing the dose until you get sick. (SICK) stomach upset,Loose bowl movements as mentioned on there website. I know you will know when you have reached your tolerance. then stop for two or three days. Then your maintenace will be 4 or 5 drops less then the max.
