johnb 6/18/2010 12:34:46 AM MST | Hi Kameron, You are very wise to be focused on digestive health. Americans lead the world in digestive problems; a byproduct of our hectic lifestyles, our nutrient poor, sugar filled diet and our xenobiotic chemical exposures. Digestive health is so crucial to overall health that nearly two thirds of the nutrients in the Burgstiner Wellness Protocol are aimed at restoring and promoting normal physiology in the GI tract. Essential Digestion, Essential Flora, Essential Omegas, and Liver CS Plus all have a direct and profound impact on gut health by controlling overgrowth of yeast and other pathogens, restoring digestive efficiency, reducing inflammation and promoting detoxification pathways. MagnifiCal supports digestive health as well by reducing systemic calcification and helping to alkalyze the body while promoting proper acidity in the stomach... with a wonderful bonus of strong bones. In addition to all the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that serve to fuel metabolism, Complete Thymic Formula contains thymus glandular materials that revitalize your thymus gland (the master gland of immunity) so it can produce immune modulating proteins to balance and strengthen immunity. But as you pointed out, the 'front line' in the battle for our health is in the gut. At the very least, a high potency, broad spectrum probiotic supplement like Essential Flora is the easiest and most effective way to 'call in the cavalry'. |
Kameron W 6/12/2010 7:04:10 PM MST | Mr Common Sense, you mention 'gut' flora. I'm tired all the time due to this disease and have no energy, I feel like an old person when I'm 22 years old. I've also bombarded my stomach with all kinds of anti-parisite pills and vitamins and havn't gotten better. What supplements due you recomend to help fight the battle in the gut? |
Auntie M 10/16/2009 12:29:17 AM MST | I listened to the conference call this morning. AWESOME. It helped me understand so much. I was able to get Mr. Common Sense's link from the call so I don't need that now. Also, I understand now I can use the Search function on the site to look up past posts on specific subjects. Then, I won't need to ask so many questions. |
