Hi Mel, I wanted to get a clear sense of how much of each you took.
For mollecula silver, you mentioned a tablespoon... are you using a measuring spoon or any random spoon? A proper tablespoon is 15ml so that would make the solution go really fast (the bottle's not that big to begin with).
For mms, I noticed on another post that you guys were talking about drops and you maxed out at 15... so for mms, our dosage is measured in drops? Do we start off with a certain amt and increase? How do you know when you've hit your max?

Thanks Mel. I guess I need to order more silver. I only ordered the 4oz bottle not fully knowing you needed to take a lot...

Welcome-Molecula Silver regular tablespoon, my 16 oz bottle lasts just over 5 weeks. MMS you must read the instructions on their web site carefully. Measured in drops-yes! You will know when you hit the max. I urge you to carefully read their web site.
