The recommended dose is two capsules per day. Since monolaurin is a fatty acid, its absorption will be enhanced if taken with a meal containing some fat.
By the way, we have located a high quality source of pure monolaurin pellets and hope to offer them soon under the Logos label. I will keep you all posted.
