I got this in 2005 . I have a few theories as to how I go this... As for DE I actually used to drink it. Just make sure you buy the food grade type. It didn't do much for me but everyone's a bit different . I also sprinkled some on my dog's food. She actually liked the taste of it!, I miexed a tablesppon fun of DE with or you can put it into food you're cooking. Hope you get better soon. At least you found this site early on. Good Luck. |
