Hi Glenn,John,

This is a very interesting article about Colostrum.(Thank you Linn!). Both my daughters have autoimmune diseases, Celiac Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, among others.

I have to be careful not to ramp up their immune systems, as this ignites the autoimmune response.

Would Colostrum be something safe and beneficial for them to take?
